    Prof. Dr. Ronald Rousseau was born in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1949, received a doctorate in mathematics from Leuven University in 1977, a doctorate in books and information from Antwerp University in 1992, and a Price Award in the field of scientific Metrology in 2001. He is one of the founders of the International Institute of Information Metrology and Scientific Metrology. Former Chairman of the International Society of Scientific Metrology and Information Metrology(ISSI) and currently co-editor of JDIS.
     Measuring scientific production is the latest research achievement.
