The 5th "Smart Aging and Smart Medical Development Forum" was successfully held in our school[2018-06-18]

From June 15 to June 17, 2018, the fifth "Smart Aging and Smart Medical Development Forum" was held at the School of Information Management of Nanjing University. The forum was jointly organized by the School of Information Management of Nanjing University, Nanjing University-Tencent Internet + Research Center, the Information Technology Committee of Jiangsu Provincial Gerontology Association, and the Suke Institute of Innovation and Strategy. It attracted nearly 100 experts and scholars from Renmin University of China, Fudan University, Wuhan University, Tongji University, Hefei University of Technology and other organizations. Under the guidance of the "Healthy China" strategy, this forum will focus on the three major issues of "wisdom in medical care, standardization of services, and innovation in industry" with the theme of "integration, innovation, and opportunity".

The opening ceremony of the Forum was chaired by Prof. Sunjianjun. Professor Zhuqingbao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, delivered a speech on behalf of Nanjing University. He extended a warm welcome to all delegates and wished the forum a complete success.

On the morning of the 16th, Professor Zhang Xin, Vice President of the Shandong University of Finance and Economics, and Professor Zuomeiyun, Director of the Institute of Intellectual Pensions of Renmin University of China, successively presided over the theme speech report. Professor Pengxizhe of Fudan University made a report entitled "Innovation-The Key to Meeting the Social Challenges of Aging", and Professor Mafeicheng of Wuhan University made a report on "Construction of Smart Aging Service System Based on Knowledge Management of Chronic Diseases". Professor Liangchangyong of Hefei University of Technology made a conference report on the intelligent old-age service model combined with medical care. Guoyajin, chairman of Xiangyun Network Technology Co., Ltd., made a report entitled "Wisdom of old-age service under the perspective of big data". Dr Linmuquan, the chief executive of the Taiwan Life Connection Foundation, also shared Taiwan's experience in developing smart home health, long-term care, and community medicine through the report. Several experts have presented high-quality content and views, providing guidance for future research.. Finally, Professor Zhuqinghua released an online healthy community study.
